From the very start of your visit to our office, you are greeted by a staff member and will continue to be followed by our staff untill the end of your appointment and treatment. We offer flexible office hours as well as emergency on call hours when needed. We offer our skills in the diagnosis and treatment of various ocular conditions. We treat each patient as a member of our office and not just another file or I.D. number. We spend time with each exam and do not rush through just to get to the next patient. Everything is explained to our patients so they can fully understand the condition(s) that is going on. If glasses or contact lenses are required, we provide our recommendations as well as providing various options to the correction of the problem. We do not force our patients to purchase glasses or contacts. Our staff is knowledgable in all aspects of glasses and can recommend various options that may assist the patient in providing comfort and relief in the correction of their vision.
Each doctor takes time to thouroughly examine each patient and spends time afterwards to explain what was found. We talk and interact with each patient to develop a trust between doctor and patient. We listen to what they have to say as well as develop treatment plans to correct the condition. We try to make
your office visit as enjoyable as possible, and try to provide our patients with the latest and up to date products and trends. Both doctors are licensed and certified in the use of Diagnostic and Therapeutic approved Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of Ocular diseases. We are a general Practice with sub-specialties in Contact Lenses, Refractive Surgery, Myopia Control/Containment, Orthokeratology, Children's Vision, and
Low Vision. We offer over 1300 various designer frames to choose from. We are able to order any frames available (non private label) as well as all types of contact lenses on the market. We have frames varying in prices for all individuals and understand the need for the budget conscious individual.
We have an in-house lab, which allows us a quicker turn around time as well as being able to control the quality of work being produced. Many of our glasses are being made the same day. We offer emergency repairs and replacement for those who need glasses right away. Since we measure all of our patients to
match their chosen frames, we are able to fabricate their glasses the way we measured them to be without having to tell someone else what specific requirement or needs must be met. We offer loaner and emergency fitting of various contact lenses which are in stock. We are able to provide up to 90% of our patients with loaner or emergency fitting of contacts that are in stock. Our contact lens laboratory provides us with 24 hour turn around time for those who require next day service.
